Camden Man Arrested Trying to Take Pistol Onto U.S. Capitol Grounds

A Camden businessman, Ron Prestage, was arrested Wednesday by U.S. Capitol Police after they say he tried to take a gun into an office building on the capitol grounds.  Prestage is being charged with carrying a pistol without a license.  Officers recovered a nine millimeter pistol Wednesday morning as Prestage tried to enter the Cannon house building.  Prestage is the president of Prestage farms and also manager of the Kersahw County Airport.
