STROKE:  TIME LOST IS BRAIN LOST

KershawHealth is an active participant in the Remote Evaluation for Acute Ischemic Stroke (REACH) programJoin Cindi Mulder, RN, Clinical Educator, to learn more about REACH and how it’s saving lives.

SAFE KIDS SAFETY DAY

Safe Kids Kershaw County and other community organizations will address a wide variety of risk areas and safety issues such as falls, motor vehicle occupancy, fire and burns, recreational safety, and poisoning.  Enjoy safety education, health information, and interactive games.  For more information call 432-4564.  FREE.  (In case of inclement weather, this event will be rescheduled.)

CAMP LIFE WITHOUT LIMITS DIABETES CAMP

PILATES

Pilates aims to improve posture and muscular performance by increasing core strength, flexibility and endurance without adding bulk or risking injury.  Classes are taught by our STOTT Pilates certified instructors.  Call 803.424.0461 for details. 

Beginner’s Class:  Thursdays, 5:30pm. 

Essential/Intermediate Class:  Tuesday, 7pm; Fridays, 9:15am

Advanced Class:  Mondays, 4:15 pm

AEROBICS

Enjoy a variety of aerobic classes with Mary Watson, ACE certified exercise instructor.  $30 per month.  Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30pm

 

YOGA

Relax and restore your mind and body through yoga with Olive Meador, certified LifeStyle counselor.  Tuesdays 10:45am or 5:30 pm. $36 per month.

 

PERSONAL TRAINING CONSULTATIONS

Includes a one-on-one consultation, body composition analysis and computerized health assessment.  $25 or $12.50 for HRC Fitness Program Members.

 

14 KARAT CLUB FITNESS

Senior privileges include monthly weight and body composition analysis, blood pressure checks and three types of fitness classes taught by Instructor Susan Mullikin.  $15 per month.
